To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and including all original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Return postage is covered by the customer and not CarScreen.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
- Returns will not be accepted if they aren't sent with all items and accessories included with your CarScreen, including the original box.
Damages and issues
We are sorry that you received a faulty item!
Please contact customer support via email@example.com and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
